The National Land Survey maintains an official purchase price register based on real estate transactions. The aim is to be of service in defining property values for expropriations, land use planning and for providing credit, and in other evaluation and investigation tasks.
Based on the notification of public purchase witnesses, information about the targets of conveyance, purchase prices and conveyers as well as acquirers are recorded in the purchase price register.
An information service for the purchase price register has been made available. The records of the purchase price register carry a fee determined by the price list of the National Land Survey.
It is possible to get user rights for the purchase price register as a fee based WWW service. These user rights are available from the National Land Survey's Land Information Service as a fee based service.
The National Land Survey can provide special printouts of the material in the purchase price register to order.
