Changes in fees charged by the National Land Survey as of 1 January 2011

The fees for property registration and cadastral surveys are subjected to change as of 1 January 2011. The fees for titles will increase, whereas the fees for mortgages will be reduced. The fees for cadastral surveys are driven up by three percent on average. The purchase witness fee will rise to 105 euros per sale.

The new fees are provided in the decrees of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry 997/2010 and 1084/2010. The decrees are effective for two years.

The new fees are applied to issues decided after 1 January 2011.

New prices for typical cases

• Title, 104 euros
• Pro forma registration of title, 50 euros
• Ratification of mortgage, 31 euros
• Registration of a special right or its transfer, 104 euros
• Public purchase witnessing, 105 euros
• Parcelling (0.3 hectare plot), 990 euros + costs for boundary marks
• Parelling of two unseparated areas (2x3.0 hectares), 985 euros/each + costs for boundary marks
• Coercive purchase of a reliction area (0.4 hectares), 1300 euros + costs for boundary marks

The fees for certificates from the title and mortgage register are not subjected to changes.
