An error has been detected in FINPOS RINEX service (https://www.maanmittauslaitos.fi/en/maps-and-spatial-data/positioning-services/rinex-palvelu) that appears as an error notification 
"Could not create projects due to name already exists" when entering the job name. This error can possibly be bypassed by clicking Cancel and giving a new name. The error cause is being investigated.
