The Newsroom can be accessed directly from the top menu and the front page of the website.

It includes a search view, with which users can search for content and filter it by content type and theme. Themes include apartments, geospatial data and research.

Research news will continue to be available in a separate list on the research pages. On the front page of the website and in the Newsroom, research news will be listed together with news and articles.

Vacancies, events, newsletter and magazines in a new location

As a result of these changes, the newsletter subscription, vacancies and events pages will be relocated under the organisation section (in Finnish). Previous issues of the Information about the Earth magazine and previous and future issues of the Positio magazine will also move under this same section. Brochures published on the website will also be available on the ‘Lehdet ja julkaisut’ (Magazines and publications) page.

Service messages listed on a separate page

A separate listing page was already built for service messages published on the website in spring, where users can filter messages according to selected services. The service messages page also includes a link to application information where users can check the status of applications and services.
