Safe visits

When you visit our customer service point, please practice good hand hygiene and keep a safe distance from other people.

Please do not visit us, if you have flu symptoms, you are in quarantine, you have travelled abroad in the last two weeks or you have been exposed to the corona virus.

Please use a face mask if necessary. Please see the Finnish institute for health and welfare THL's recommendation on the use of face masks.

We pay extra attention to the safety of visits. During the summer, protective glass has been installed at service points, and the facilities have hand sanitizer available; in addition, we want to ensure that it is possible to maintain safe distances when using our services.
