The service points in Kuopio and Vaasa will serve customers by appointment only

Due to the change in the coronavirus situation, the customer service point in Kuopio will serve customers by appointment only from 28 January 2021 until further notice. The customer service point in Vaasa will serve customers by appointment only from 1 February 2021.

The service points in Helsinki, Hämeenlinna, Kouvola, Lahti, Lohja, Maarianhamina, Oulu, Porvoo, Tampere and Turku have already started to serve customers by appointment only. The customer service point in Mikkeli will reopen to serve customers as normal on Monday 11 January 2021.

We recommend that you contact the National Land Survey by phone or the NLS e-service. If you cannot contact us via our e-service channels, you can book a time to one of our service points by calling our telephone service.

Please note that appointments are only arranged during the service point's opening hours and it is not necessarily possible to book an appointment for the same day.

Our customer service is open Mon–Fri at 9–16.15.
