The service points in Lahti, Oulu, Tampere and Turku will serve customers by appointment only until further notice

Due to the change in the coronavirus situation, the customer service points in Lahti, Oulu, Tampere and Turku will serve customers by appointment only from 30 November 2020 until further notice.

The service points in Helsinki and Tornio have already started to serve customers by appointment only.

We recommend that you contact the National Land Survey by phone or the NLS e-service. If you cannot contact us via our e-service channels, you can book a time to one of our service points by calling our telephone service.

Please note that appointments are only arranged during the service point's opening hours and it is not necessarily possible to book an appointment for the same day.

Our customer service is open Mon–Fri at 9–16.15.

  • Phone 029 530 1110 (in Finnish and English) or 029 530 1120 (in Swedish). The cost of a call is a local network charge or a mobile phone charge in accordance with the caller's telephone operator contract.
