Many customers have contacted our customer service to ask about the contact information of apartment owners. The contact information of most apartment owners is up-to-date in the Residential and Commercial Property Information System because the information is generally updated automatically.
Sources of updates
When the housing company has been registered in the Residential and Commercial Property Information System, the postal address of the apartment owner is generally updated automatically from the Population Information System.
If the apartment is owned by a business, the postal adress is generally updated automatically from the Business Information System.

How to file contact information
Apartment owners only have to file those changes that are not updated automatically.
