You can reserve an appointment at the service point. Go to reservation. Please note! In-person appointments are available in Finnish only.

If there are no openings, you can also visit us without an appointment. Make sure you have time, as the customer service can be crowded.

The service point has a queue number machine in use. Please note that when the customer service point is overloaded, the queue number machine can be switched off about an hour before the service point's closing time.
