Customer service appointments

In-person appointments are available in Finnish only. You can book appointments for Swedish service at the following service points: Helsinki, Kokkola and Vaasa.

Please note that your matter may be subject to a fee. We will inform you of these fees during your visit.

Reservation instructions

  • You can book an appointment by clicking the appropriate link in the Book an appointment at a service point list.
  • Select Customer Service as the type of service, and you will be shown a calendar with the available appointment dates and times.
  • Select an appointment that is suitable for you. Enter your contact details and the reason for your visit. Check that your email address is spelled correctly, and  then click ‘Book’ to finalise.
  • You will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to save this email, as it includes links to change or cancel your appointment.
  • If your contact information is covered by non-disclosure for personal safety reasons, only include safe contact information on the appointment booking form.

The online booking service is not yet fully compliant with accessibility requirements. If you cannot use the service, you can book an appointment by calling our customer service.

If there are no free appointment slots

You can check the appointment calendar again in a couple of days. New time slots are made available continuously for the next 30 days.

You can visit our service point without an appointment when the service point is open for all customers, including those without an appointment. Customers are served on a first-come-first-served basis.

You can check the service point's opening hours to see which days it is open to customers without an appointment. On those days, you can visit without an appointment, and we serve customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
