You can book an appointment at the service point. In-person appointments are available in Finnish or Swedish only. Book an appointment.

You can visit the service point even without booking an appointment. Customers are served on a first-come-first-served basis.

The service point has a queue number machine in use. Please note that when the customer service point is overloaded, the queue number machine can be switched off before the service point's closing time.

Please note! Itäinen rantakatu is closed to vehicles due to roadworks. Virastotalo (the administrative building) is accessible by car via Neitsytpolku and Samppalinnankatu.
