Customers will be served in temporary facilities as of 6 March 2026 due to the renovation. The courtyard entrance is closed. Only the Yliopistokatu entrance is open. There will be signposts guiding customers from the entrance.

You can book an appointment at the service point. In-person appointments are available in Finnish only. Book an appointment.

The service point has a queue number machine in use.
