There is no right of return for printouts.

If you as the representative of a bank, an estate agent, or other organisational customer need a residential and commercial property extract printed out on a particular day (such as the date of conclusion of sale), remember the following:

You need to make the order at least 3 weekdays before the printout date..
In the field for additional information, clearly note the preferred printout date and the time by which you need the printout at the latest.
For large orders (more than 10 residential and commercial properties per order), the time of delivery is agreed upon separately.

Use the following format for the Business ID of the housing company: 1234567-8.

If you order a residential and commercial property information extract or an extract from the list of shares, give the exact address of the apartment, for example Mannerheimintie 96 A 19

The name of the owner of the residential or commercial property, if known
