The e-service for submitting the administrative information of a housing company is now open

The National Land Survey of Finland has opened an e-service where a housing company can report its administrative information to the Residential and Commercial Property Information System. The service is intended for those housing companies and building managers who cannot update administrative information through the building management system.

View or maintain the administrative information of a housing company

The service allows you to view and maintain the administrative information of a housing company. The administrative information includes:

  • Information about maintenance and modifications, i.e. the housing company’s projects and renovations reported by apartment owners
  • A report on the housing company’s maintenance needs
  • Maintenance, plot and capital cost charges
  • Apartment-specific loan shares

In the service, a housing company can also retrieve the following for the housing company’s use:

  • a public list of shares
  • the housing company’s list of shares
  • apartment owners’ contact details

This service is free of charge.

How to log in

You log in to the service through the Suomi.fi identification service. 

You can log in to the service if you are registered in the Finnish Patent and Registration Office’s Trade Register as:

  • the building manager of a housing company or the chair of the housing company board
  • the member of the housing company board (only the right to view information)
  • the person with a housing company’s signatory rights
  • the managing director or deputy managing director of a mutual real estate company
  • the person who has been given permission to use the service in the Suomi.fi e-Authorizations service.

The service is available in Finnish and in Swedish.

If you need help in using the service, you can contact us using our online form. Select the reason for contact, for instance, “Question or request for guidance” and My case concerns: “Apartments” so that your message is sent to the correct address.

You can also book an appointment with our phone support. Our phone support is available in Finnish Mon–Fri at 9:00–16:00.
