The service point in Helsinki will be closed due to relocation from Tuesday 26 May to Friday 29 May. On Monday 1 June, the customer service will open at the Suomi-piste in Helsinki in the familiar administrative building but at the new address Ratapihantie 7.

Matters handled online
You can search for information about properties and handle matters concerning properties in the National Land Survey's e-service.
- Look at your property information and pending matters.
- Buy extracts, certificates and map printouts.
- Apply for a cadastral survey.
- Register your ownership of a property.
- Register a leasehold, a transfer of a leasehold, or other special right.
In the e-service, the apartment owner can do the following:
- You can check your contact information that is accessible to your housing company.
- If you have a paper share certificate, you can check the basic information about your apartment and apply for registration of ownership of your apartment.
- If the apartment has a record of ownership, you can check all information about your apartment and buy apartment printouts from the Residential and Commercial Property Information System.
