NLS invoices may also be sent to Suomi.fi Messages

An email indicating that a new message has been received in the Suomi.fi service will be sent for each invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid, the first payment reminder will also be sent to your Suomi.fi inbox. It is recommended that you check that the email address you have entered in the Suomi.fi Messages service is correct and valid.

When you start using the Suomi.fi Messages service, you also consent to the Finnish authorities sending you online messages. If you use the service, you will no longer be sent paper invoices from the NLS.

Order e-invoices

If you do not want to receive NLS invoices in the Suomi.fi Messages service, you can order e-invoices in your online banking service.

  • Make sure that you have made an e-invoice agreement with your bank first.
  • Your bank’s online service will have a list of invoicers who are able to send e-invoices.
  • Find the National Land Survey of Finland (Maanmittauslaitos) in the list and enter your personal identity code as identification information.

Other electronic invoicing methods are also available in addition to e-invoices. Read more about all invoicing options.

Start using Suomi.fi Messages
