Professional building managers who use a building management system can submit information about maintenance and alteration work in their housing company to the Residential and Commercial Property Information System from 1 June. Financial information about housing companies, meaning apartment-specific loan and maintenance charge shares, can be submitted to the Residential and Commercial Property Information System from 1 December.
- Agree with the housing company on responsibilities for submitting information.
- Check if your building management system has built or is in the process of building functions for submitting your housing company’s administrative information.
- Read your building management system’s instructions on how to submit your housing company’s administrative information to the Residential and Commercial Property Information System.
- To successfully submit information, the building management system requires access rights to the Residential and Commercial Property Information System.
Be prepared to submit information
Have the following information ready:
- projects carried out in the housing company (as in the building manager’s certificate)
- most recent description of maintenance needs
- renovations carried out by shareholders after 1 June 2023
- If you need help in using the building management system, contact your system supplier.
