Printouts from the Residential and Commercial Property Information System can be bought via the National Land Survey of Finland. These printouts include information about the housing company, the owner-apartment and the owner.
If your owner-apartment has an electronic record of ownership, you can use the NLS e-service to check the basic information about your apartment free of charge.

Printouts of owner-apartments
A printout of an owner-apartment includes basic information about the housing company and the apartment, and information about the apartment owners, pledges and restrictions.

You can purchase the printout of your owner-apartment from the e-service, if your owner-apartment has an electronic record of ownership.
Log in to the e-service:
- individual customers in Finnish and in Swedish

Organisations may purchase printouts of owner-apartments for apartments that they do not own by completing the order form.
- State the Business ID of the housing company and the complete address of the apartment (such as Mannerheimintie 8 A 1b) or the identifier of the group of shares in your order.
- Also state the name of the apartment owner should also be included, if known.
- State the purpose for the printout of an owner-apartment, such as lending.
List of shares
There are two versions of a list of shares:
- The public list of shares includes the basic information of the housing company, its apartments and their owners.
- The housing company’s list of shares, which shows the owner’s address and date of birth in addition to their name.

You can purchase the public list of shares of your own housing company from the e-service, if your owner-apartment has an electronic record of ownership. If you wish to buy the public list of shares of another housing company, you can order it from our customer service.

The housing company’s board can receive the list of shares in their company free of charge from the transfer service for the list of shares (in Finnish).
Excerpt from the list of shares
It is also possible to purchase an excerpt printout of the public list of shares, which includes the information for a single owner-apartment. These excerpts are available to purchase of all housing companies that have records in the Property Information System.
This printout can be used in connection with a sale, for example. It shows the owner as marked in the list of shares even when the apartment’s ownership is still on a paper share and the owner has not registered their ownership in the Property Information System.
