The NLS’s prices are cost prices which means that they cover all costs but do not generate any profit. Prices remain valid for one or two years, depending on the decree on charges. The price changes are based on the increase in general cost levels.
Cadastral survey charges
Cadastral survey charges will increase by an average of one per cent. The most common cadastral procedure is parcelling, the charge for which is determined based on the area of the parcel. Parcelling 0.1–1 hectares, for example, will cost EUR 1470 as of 1 January 2026. The price increase is EUR 10.
Several types of land surveying, such as partitioning, private road survey and expropriation of a reliction area, are charged by time, i.e. the fee is based on the amount of working time used. The type of the cadastral survey affects the amount of the charge. If the survey involves difficult issues where the parties strongly disagree, the charge will be higher than for simple surveys and ones in which the parties agree on the matter.
