Ten government agencies will move into the new facilities. The National Land Survey of Finland, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency and the TE employment office have a shared customer service point at the new address. The new service point will be open for NLS customers from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4:15 pm.
By visiting the customer service point, you can take care of property-related matters, receive help for the Residential and Commercial Property Information System, order map products and obtain information about electronic services of the NLS.
‘It is also convenient for our customers that the customer services of different agencies can be found in the same place. A shared customer service point is an easier way to find out more about the services available through different agencies,’ says data service manager Pekka Jakobsson.
