The customer service point in Kuusamo serves customers Mondays and Tuesdays at 9:00–16:15. At the service point, customers can attend to matters related to their properties, get advice on the Residential and Commercial Property Information System, order map products, and get information about the National Land Survey's e-services.
Due to the renovation, the customer service in Kuusamo has served customers in the tax office's premises at Kaiterantie 20 (1st floor).
