The entrance to the temporary facilities is from Yliopistonkatu 38, same door as before. By following the signs at the entrance door and indoors you will find the customer service.
“A renovation will start in the current customer service facilities in March, and it will last approximately one year. The temporary facilities are also located on the ground floor, and there will be clear signposts to guide customers from the entrance,” says Information Manager Pasi Reunanen.
The service point in Tampere serves the National Land Survey’s customers on Tuesdays–Thursdays at 9:00–16:15. On Fridays, the service point is open by appointment only.
At the service point, the National Land Survey’s customers can handle matters related to their property units and apartments, and order map printouts.
