If the application is not submitted within the statutory period, an additional late fee is charged as follows:
• The late fee consists of the registration fee that is valid on the date from which the delay period is counted, a surcharge of 20% is added for every 2 month period that the delay in payment continues.
• Applies to the registration of the first acquisition following the transfer of the list of shares.
