If the application is not submitted within the statutory period, a late fee is charged in addition to the registration fee as follows:
- The basic fee is the registration fee when the time limit for paying the registration fee runs out, to which a 20% increase is added for every 2-month period of further delay.
- Applies to the registration of the first acquisition following the transfer of the list of shares if the apartment does not have an electronic record of ownership.
(Please note: The prices in the table are valid only if the time limit for registration ends while the price list is in force.)
