The National Land Survey, the Digital and Population Services Agency and the Tax Administration will share the customer service space in the new location. A total of 16 governmental organisations will be moving into the Sinetti administrative building in 2025.
The new service point will provide service to the National Land Survey’s customers on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:00–16:15. On Fridays the service point is open by appointment only.
At the service point, the National Land Survey’s customers can handle matters related to their property units and apartments, and order map printouts.
‘It is practical to centralise the customer service of three agencies in the same place. At the same address, you can consult the National Land Survey, the Digital and Population Services Agency and the Tax Authority’, says Information Manager Pasi Reunanen.
