 Formation of the fee
If a unit/units of a property is/are transferred to one property335 €
If a unit/units of two or more properties is/are transferred to one property335 € + number of consequent transfers * 110 €

If a unit/units of two or more properties is/are transferred to two or more properties The payment is determined based on the receiving properties. For each property, the basic fee is €335, to which the number of consequent transfers * €110 will be added if there are units from more than one property attached.

The fee is determined as above also when the joint property unit share is formed into a new property.

Example:

The owner of property A has purchased a unit in property B’s joint water area and a unit in property C’s joint boat shore from the same seller. Properties B and C are not subject to mortgages and the units are transferred to property A.
